I am a wife and a mother of four adorable girls. Believe me, I know how life can get so hectic that we forget what is truly important. We're just trying to make it through each day! You will be so glad you took the time to capture THIS moment of your life {whether big or little}.
A little about my photography background. I received my first camera when I was about 8 or 9:) I loved photography growing up, I took my first class in high school where I learned about film and the darkroom. Then in college I majored in graphic design but was able to take photography classes there too and my love grew and my knowledge of the darkroom grew too! I never thought I'd go to digital, I loved the "real-ness" of film and the darkroom process. However I soon realized how much more affordable digital photography was! I got out of college and worked for a well known photographer for little while. Then after a year and a half I decided I needed an adventure, so I moved to Greece and worked as an au pair to a beautiful German family. I traveled around Greece with the family and on my days off, photographing the beauty there. My love for photography was growing deeper by the day. It was also in Greece that I met the man who would become my husband! We had our first daughter in Greece and moved to Austin when she was 6 months old in 2008. I got my first digital SLR right before our twins were born in November 2009 and I began photographing clients early in 2010. I am loving every minute I get to work as a photographer and I would be honored to tell your family's story through photographs.
